If you can’t find it free I just bought software yesterday at Staples that does fliers, brochures, business cards and more. It was $40.00 but it does exactly what I want. It’s called Design & Print business edition.

I need a free web design software that allows me to publish the web design to my hosting company for free. It must also allow me to post video clips onto the web design.

It’s better if you learn how to do HTML coding yourself. Basic tags are not really all of that hard to learn and type. Go to the World Wide Web Consortium and don’t go by what Microsoft thinks is a web standard.

You can go to Version Tracker and do a search for graphical web designer programs. Graphical web programs tend to create more code than you really need.
