Yahoo publishes their Buzz Index. Is there software, service or publication available online that tracks day-to-day buzz in the same way for keywords and niches?

There are a couple of free services such as Google trends

These services won’t give you demographics or are easy to use as Yahoo! Buzz Index but they may deliver against your objectives.

I don’t wanna sale products online. I just want to publish product name, specification, Market Price and reviews etc.

You can use a marketing template and customize with a Visual Editor. You will need the hosting for the pages of course. Better if you bought your own domain name and paid hosting service.

Are Graphic Designers expected to create their own websites?
I want to create my portfolio online, and I have a vision, but I just dont fully know how to create it and publish it online ( i dont know how to use Flash, but I know the basics of Dreamweaver).
Will I be looked down upon if I get someone else, or use some type of software to create my website for me?
I want my site to be created using Flash.

You will only be looked down upon if you are applying for a job as a web designer/programmer. It is still your design if you have someone else execute it, so there’s no reason why you shouldn’t have someone who knows Flash build the site.
