I Need Help With A Project for computer programming Clarksburg Tree Service Project?

Problem:Adapted from Fundamentals of C++, Understanding Programming and Problem Solving, by Lambert and Nance, Southwestern Educational Publishing

Clarksburg Tree Service, Inc offers the following services and rates to its customers:

A.Tree Removal $500 per tree
B.Tree Trimming$80 per hour
C.Stump Grinding$25 plus $2 per inch for each stump whose diameter
exceeds ten inches. The $2 charge is only for the diameter
inches in excess of 10.

Write a complete program to allow the manager, Mr. Smith, to provide an estimate when he bids on a job. Your output should include a listing of each separate charge and a total. A 10 percent discount should be given for any job whose total exceeds $1000.

**Example of input:

R 3
T 4.0
G 4 8 10 15 20
D

R is the code for removal
T is the code for trimming
G is the code for stump grinding and the number 4 following the G indicates how many stump diameters to be read in and accounted for. The following four integers are the stump diameters.
D would display the current estimate based on the input

Note: The user should also be able to enter lowercase letters for the codes listed above. Moreover, the user should be able to input the options in any order, and may choose to estimate 1, 2 or all 3 services. Lastly, each of the values for removal, trimming, and grinding should be reset to 0 after the estimate is displayed. Otherwise, any following estimates will be incorrect. DO NOT INCLUDE String because it is not necessary! You are only reading in characters.

This should be a menu driven program. The menu should display as follows:

Choose from the following options:

Type R to enter removal data
Type T to enter trimming data
Type G to enter stump grinding data
Type D to display the complete estimate
Type Q to quit the program

Output for an estimate should display as follows (this one is based on the sample input from the previous page):
