Would it be true that most organizations can’t successfully produce safety-critical software ?

There will be people in your organization whose modus operandi has always been and always will be : get someone else to jot ideas on a whiteboad – then they make some changes and publish the ideas as their own. This can’t possibly work for safety-critical software – most mutations of the computer program won’t work. So an organization publishing safety-critical software will be publishing software that most likely doesn’t work because it was doctored at the equivalent of the “whiteboard”.

Easy to use web publishing software?

I want to have a go at making my own website but don’t know what program is good, i have never tryed anything like it before but i am generally quite good with computers and usually end up working stuff out for myself in the end, was just wondering what is a good, inexpensive program to have a play with, any ideas anyone?

Is there poetry software I can use in word perfect 11?

I am thinking about publishing a poetry book. I found a software that will work with Microsoft Word, but I use Word Perfect 11. Anyone know of a software program like “Poetry Book Creator,” but for Word Perfect?
